  El cien es un número que me llama la atención. Quizás porque muchos hechos están relacionados con el número 100. Hay 100 años en un siglo. El agua hierve a 100 ° C al nivel del mar. 100 está relacionado con la totalidad, ya que usamos el porcentaje comúnmente. Hay 100 centavos en 1 peso colombiano, en 1 dólar, en 1 euro. Abraham tenía 100 años cuando nació Isaac. Muchos otros datos curiosos estan relacionados con el numero 100. Hoy estaba leyendo el Libro de los Salmos y me encontré con el Salmo 100. Me llamó la atención que la Nueva Version Internacional titula este Salmo “Exhortacion a la gratitud”. Es un salmo corto, quiero compartirlo contigo 1 Cantad alegres a Dios, habitantes de toda la tierra. 2 Servid a Jehová con alegría; Venid ante su presencia con regocijo. 3 Reconoced que Jehová es Dios; El nos hizo, y no nosotros a nosotros mismos; Pueblo suyo somos, y ovejas de su prado. 4 Entrad por sus puertas con acción de gracias, Por sus atrios con alabanza; Alabadle, bendecid

 O ne hundred is a number that calls my attention. Perhaps becuase many facts are related to number 100. There are 100 years in a century. Water boils at 100C at sea level. 100 is related to totality, since we use percentage commonly. There are 100 cents in 1 colombian peso, in 1 dollar, in 1 Euro. Abraham was 100 years old when Isaac was born. Today I was reading the Book of Psalms and I came across Psalm 100. It called my attention that the Chrsitian Standard Bible titles this Psalm Be Thankful. It’s a short psam, I want to share it with you 1 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. 2 Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. 3 Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his[a]; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. 4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. 5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. I'd like to invite you to reflect today on the message found in The book of Psalms Chapter 1. This psalm of David presents us with a parallel comparison between two ways of living: hand in hand with God or separated from Him.   Let's first look at the text of Psalm 1 (NIV): 1 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,   and who meditates on his law day and night . 3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers. 4 Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away. 5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. 6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction. Les invito a que r eflexionemos sobre el Salmo 1. Este salmo de David, nos presenta una comparación paralela entre dos formas de vivir: de la mano de Dios o separados de Él.   Veamos primero el texto de Salmo 1 (NVI): 1 Dichoso el hombre que no sigue el consejo de los malvados, ni se detiene en la senda de los pecadores, ni cultiva la amistad de los blasfemos, 2 sino que en la ley del Señor se deleita,   y día y noche medita en ella. 3 Es como el árbol plantado a la orilla de un río que, cuando llega su tiempo, da fruto y sus hojas jamás se marchitan. ¡Todo cuanto hace prospera! 4 En cambio, los malvados son como paja arrastrada por el viento. 5 Por eso no se sostendrán los malvados en el juicio, ni los pecadores en la asamblea de los justos. 6 Porque el Señor cuida el camino de los justos, mas la senda de los malos lleva a la perdición.   En esta ocasión deseo veamos algunos detalles del verso 2.
